Roderick or Cordelia?

I am choosing a lance unit and wondering to use Roderick or Cordelia, arguable the best 2 I have. I do have 2 effies but both have terrible IV's.
Roderick is unknown as he is lvl 2 but his stats are: HP 18, Atk 7, Spd 9, Def 6, Res 8.
Cordelia is +Def and -Res

It's really hard to tell between the two when we don't know what Rody is. A +Spd Rody used to be the best offensive Lance Cavalier right before Oscar showed up (beats him +3 Atk).

Cordelia is a solid 35 Atk/Spd. Never a bad investment.

Cordelia is tied with Tana and effie for best lancer in the game, and 35/35 with a brave weapon means many things get shredded. Roderick gets outclassed by oscar, but bth of them are not as good as GHB camus, which if you dont know, has DC built in. Ps: He is returning in october. I wouldent invest heavily into roderick, maybe if you get a Tana you can give Firesweep L to her.
