You cant get banned for autobattling it.
You CAN get banned for using a macro to automate any part of it.

You LIKELY WONT get banned for macroing it at all because despite using third party software or hardware to play the game, theres no benefit to nintendo in banning you from doing it because you cant farm premium currency, only feathers.

I macro farm feathers whenever I get below 160k feathers, and ive been playing since launch, i've faced no repercussions of any kind in doing it so far.
