New silhouettes. I shleep, the one on the left is definitely Ryonya. But the right? Idk. But the right looks to be holding a paddle like the summer festivals in Japan, so it could be Sakura or Hinoka to go along with Ryonya. If it’s Hoshidan themed then I SHLEEP

I mean, people were expecting Hoshidan Summer since the Nohrian one, so better late than never I guess. The real questions are, is Sakura in this banner? And is she on a Kinshi?

I was just half-joking really, I'd love for this to turn out to be Karel and someone else. But the pattern completionist in me is telling me it's a hoshidan summer and that hopefully, to complete the Hoshidan Kinshi alts, that Sakura gets one too.

But seriously, totally down for a Karel alt instead of Ryoma

eh, I'm just trying to shine some potential light as to who it could be. It could be half Birthright, half another game. So I'll wait to see if that's the case. Also, I've seen the finest hair get messed up pretty bad after a day at the beach, so I'm still holding out hope for Crazy Beach Feast Karel or something to surprise me.

Yeah, as much as I'd like for this next banner to surprise me, it's looking like that's the case. My only hope for Xander in this banner is that one of his special quotes is "Now I can swim!" or something silly like that

I still find it odd that we have all these seasonal Awakening/Fates alts but Ike hasn't gotten a single seasonal alt despite how popular he is. In fact he's also the only Brave unit from CYL1 that doesn't have a seasonal alt. Not particularly clamoring for it but it just seems odd to me.

I know everyone is tired of Awakening/Fates stuff, but I really hope Ryoma, Hinoka, and Sakura are on this banner. I love the Hoshidan family and seeing Nohrian alts always put into the Hoshidan banners really irks me. Probably just me though lolol

You're right. It is a reference to the Japanese summer festival. I can confirm that. The character on the right makes me think it's another male character though.
