Ridiculous Felicia Builds?

I'm looking for the most ridiculous Felicia build possible (has to work/partially work.) Ridiculous can mean either incredibly strong or just a joke build (like a firesweep lance distant counter build.) This serves no purpose other than to worship my waifu and piss off every one of my friends who all worship Hector and Ike. I don't care who I have to sacrifice and how many feathers it costs, as long as it pisses everyone off.

Dancer Fan
+RES -DEF
Glacies
Fury 3
Windsweep 3
DEF Ploy 3

Supportive Felicia that if you manage to keep her alive and if Glacies goes off she can hurt a lot of things. Dancer Fan just for passive healing.Fury to help boost her survivability and the off chance she does get to activate her skill it will squeeze a bit more damage out. Windsweep to poke at melee units even if they have distant counter to build your skill up.
Finally DEF ploy for the off chance to snipe a unit and hit them with -5 DEF, could also slot in a spur or hone passive instead.

I made mine and it can kill a lot with good placements
