She's still good, she's just going to have to focus more on anti-cavalry. Give her her special refine to ignore buffs, keep her Distant Defence and add Vantage. She can take Reinhardt or Brave Lyn, killing them with her counterattack then will likely be in Vantage range to get the second. Even if it's just for AA, she's worth building.
