Rework
If you could choose one 3*/4* unit to get a rework of their stats, who would it be and why? Please make it sensible for the game (so no units with 99 defense and 5 in every other stat).
Also, what prf do you want the unit to have, or if the unit has one already, how would you change it?
One unit I've wanted to have a difference of stat distribution is Lon'qu. He has a lot of speed, but doesn't really have much to do with it. He wouldn't been one of the perfect candidate to have a Special that scaled with his speed stat (maybe in the form of a prf) but it never happened. I would take some points out of his HP and put it towards his defense. Similar to a few of the Myrmidons in Fire Emblem, dodging kept him alive a lot of the time (at least for me). With the lack of missing in Heroes, a bit more defense for the price of some HP and speed would've been fine for me.
I mean really. He has 39 neutral speed... Who the hell needs that much speed aside from someone like Legendary Marth?

It's hard to just choose one. i think Roy and Gordin both have actually good stat spreads already but they could be slightly more optimized. One of the characters I wanted to fix their stat spreads would be Abel. Take away 3 def/res and put them all in this speed. So he'd have a stat spread like 37/32/37/20/19 something like that.
For Prf I think I want him to keep a brave effect and maybe as a refine either give him Chill Spd or Def

Deadeye: 14 Mt, Atk+3, If unit initiates attack and units hp =100%, +10 damage dealt, unit takes 1 damage after combat.
She's supposed to be a sniper, but her stats are garbage, along with her bow. Fixing her setup to ACTUALLY do damage would do her a world of good. And no, this isn't wrath damage, this damage would only happen if her hp is capped AND initiates, however it would still be true damage. just with the bow equipped she'd have 51 atk, while also doing at least 10 damage on her first attack.

40/29/29/29/22. That speed isn't going to do much for them, so let's drop that, and a couple points of HP too.
37/31/22/30/29. A bit of extra attack to help out, but still not a heavy hitter by any means. An extra point in def and a large increase in res to help their niche as bulky, well rounded mages.

Gharnef. He is so damn cool looking and I would love to build him but it's hard to justify it even on novelty alone. His stats are all over the place. I like using subpar units but he is just...I don't know.
I wouldn't even be picky. Dump any one of his stats and put it in another.

Thats right but balanced stat lines are fine for PVe content, so i don't see much problem here, moreover you can build him for defence and offence. Thanks to his speed he will rarely get doubled, if QR or darting stance addded. With 38 or 40 spd you don't need 40 or 35 def/res because 30 is fine as long enemy can't double you.
When it comes to arena yeah, he is garbage there but who will use him in they're arena team?

Silvia, her statspread is such an awfull thing to watch, her phisical bulk is so bad, having that much magical bulk doesn't help that much either as she would need DC to make use of that.
I had to vent that, i'm leveling a 4* Silvia with perfect IV in +spd -res and she keeps dying from axe units 3 level lower than her, even Henry was easier to level up compared to her
