Reserve teams?

Ok... what the heck are reserve teams? I looked on the update description but I still don’t get it. Can someone please explain to me what they are? Thanks!

Just extra teams you can load. I use for arena assault. You used to only be able to access it during assault and maybe other modes, but now you don’t have to actually go it in to access editing reeerve teams

They've already existed for a good while. They're teams you can prepare for things like Arena Assault so you don't have to make a team for every map.
