+Res Y!Tiki build

That IV is very close to neutral if you ask me. I would expect any of the standard builds to work.

Well, I'd take her Breath of Fog, refine it for effect, add Atk/Res Bond and Quick Reposte or Wrath and there you you with a very powerful Melee tank.

Or DC tank, if this seal ever comes out. For now a Deflect Missile/Magic Seal may work wonders, too. Keep in mind that she does not necessarily need to be attacked though, all these skills (except for QR) do also work on offense. Even the adaptive damage of Breath of Fog.

Edit: She will love other dragons to play with. (For the double Bond activation mainly)
