Well she is not fast enough to use desperation and speed boosting skills to double enemies on the player phase so the best way to build her is probably with her legendary weapon. Vidofnirs effect is fantastic giving her a nice boost in defense and it has great synergy with Quick riposte. Vidofnir, her A slot, Quick riposte, C skill of your choice, Reposition and Moonbow or Luna are probably her best options for a special. You shouldn't invest in her a lot before you get one with better IVs. If you happen to pull a better one in the future you can just check her hero page on this website for a better build.
