New here, no idea how viable this is, but:
Fury, Quick Riposte, Glacies, and the Darting Stance 3 seal. She can bait any ranged unit with less than 44 speed (also less than 61 physical or 67 magical power) and then double into the Glacies for 54, 54+23 damage.
Give her L&D 3, chill res 3, drive skill or savage blow and hardy bearing on the S slot, mine is +def-spd and she is still a monster, if you have special spiral that could work really well, just to abuse of the AoE special, but chill res its fine
