+Res -Spd Kana

Pretty much the classic Enemy Phase dragon set. You can either make her into a specialized Physical tank, or a mixed tank. Water Breath with a Def or Res refinement, you could give her Close Defense, Brazen Def/Res (if you're going with a specialized build) or any other Def-refining skill (Didn't want to recommend Steady Breath since not everyone has fodder for that).

The B skill could be Guard or Quick Riposte.

The C skill is flexible and dependent on team composition.

Seal could be Close Defense for even more tanking and bonfire damage (if you're running Bonfire on her with this set).
