I had the unfortunate yet miraculous experience of pulling a Halloween Nowi with the Ivs listed above. How can I make this work??? i was thinking i could run a Blade build that makes great use of her monstrous Res that comes with Atk/Res Bond 3, which she already has, and a Fortify Fliers. This’ll pump her Res into the low 40’s, which means she’ll eat green mages for breakfast. Any other
suggestions would be appreciated! Thanx (btw, I solo yolo’d that nowi hahaha)
Honestly, she's still OK imo. I actually got a +def -spd Nowi and even though her ivs are arguably her worst, she works pretty well on flier emblem. Since yours is +res, you can really capitalize on Atk/Res Bond, and she'll still double some things with a double goad or a speed increasing a-slot or seal
