+Res-Spd Grima

While not the +Atk-Spd I was wanting, I know this should be perfectly usable given his generally amazing stats. What sort of skills should I be looking to put on him?

There's really no bad spread for Robin as long as he's not -Atk, so don't lament over your pull! I'd capitalize further on that Res boon to specialize him as a mixed tank with emphasis on Res. Warding Breath 3 for your A slot, Vengeful Fighter 3, and Distant Defense 3 for the Special Seal.

Basically a bane in speed with a boon in anything is perfectly acceptable on Grima.

This is probably the best build.But for res+ you should change warding breath to steady breath.
