+res -spd Bridal Tharja

I finally was able to pull her after many tries, but I end up with a res boon, spd bane. Is she worth putting work into, or should I just hope to get another one with better ivs

Won’t be able to run blade time build but with her base kit. She can gain massive spd so -spd isn’t too harsh. And the extra res can help her tank mages but better

copy pasting my answer from someone asking about +def -res:

She'll still hit 35 spd before combat buffs, and with fireposy + atk/spd bond she doubles plenty on initiation.

The boon doesn't help her much but +res might just help you get into desperation range vs a high res mage, so there's potential. BB!Tharja is about killing on initiation so just use her for that and she'll do fine for your red mage needs.

Hey man, I've pulled a +HP -Spd Bride Tharja, so I feel you. At first I was bummed out at it, but I gotta say that after using her for a bit, I think she's still really good! Even with -Spd, she is much faster than most of my red mages, while also hit for neat damage. Because of Bond Atk/Spd and her weapon, her Spd still reaches high values fairly easily.

Nowadays, I even think that a +Spd on her would be kinda unnecessary.
