+Res actually helps Celica take a few hits from mages. If Soren's weapon gets a good refinement, then he'll be a more commonly used green mage. Problem is that a lot of mages run Bladetomes, and I don't think Celica has enough magical bulk to tank a fully-buffed bladetome mage, even if they're red. Not sure about green.

A lot of people are going with Fury 3 for her A skill, which is a fairly common choice given what all it increases. Chilling Speed is almost a given for her B slot, but you COULD run Renewal 3 to help keep up with her Beloved Zofia effect. Her C slot is flexible and is usually dependent on what team you're using, and what your team needs, and the same could be said of her seal slot.
