+Res/-Def Est (Hello?)

So when trying to summon for another BIke and trying to get my first Lancina I got a standard unit, Est, which I'm pretty happy about it. She has a boon in resistance and a bane in defense. Can Est still do her best with these IVs?

I'm sure she'll be fine with Resistance as she has good resistance to check blue and red mages anyway, but she's terribly fragile in general and any defense IV doesn't matter with her.

I don't use Est. She has great attack, but her average speed basically make her a dead weight in my opinion unless its a boon, so she's killed in a manner of seconds honestly.

She also needs a complete overhaul in her passive and skill set. She has the worst base kit in existence with no special or support in her pack.

If she is going to be used, it'll be mage bait and mage checks.
