+Res/-Atk Ike Skill Recomendations?

So I FINALLY got Ike today! Woohoo!! Problem is, his IVs are probably the worst for him: +Res/-Atk.
I'd like some advice on possible skill inheritance for him, please. Also, can someone explain Heavy Blade? I'm not sure if it's worth keeping. Thanks!

This is a cheap build (B slot can be quick riposte 2-3, or vantage 3 and C slot is variable, can be threaten atk,spd or def, or even fortify/hone).
maps with fortification will be your best buddy with this build.

With -atk, heavy blade is not worth keeping. +res means ike can be a mage killer (sort of) as well as what he does normally, so I would go with fury/vantage with a movement assist and whatever your team needs for the c slot. Moonbow is always good, luna works too for special.
