Replaying Genealogy, Pairings You Chose!

A while back I asked here, as well as a few other places and these are the pairings I have.

Brigid x Dew (Power Ring and Paragon Ring for Patty, she's my favorite, so I'm going to give her all the love I can)
Ayra x Lewyn (Magic Ring for Magic Sword shenanigans, but I'd rather Azelle won so I could have Forseti)
Tailtiu x Lex (Pursuit Ring and Magic Ring for the God Mage)
Edain x Claud (Not yet sure what I'll do for inheritables, but this is a good pair)
Lachesis x Azelle (This isn't a pair I ever used, but I'm told it is a really good pair as it results in two really good units, instead of just one stellar one)
Erinys x Naoise (I chose this one as Erinys didn't get any votes for a lover, and this will result in a very powerful Fee, who I'm debating giving Knights Ring, Speed Ring, and Movement Ring)

So, there is one left unpaired that I'm having trouble pair with who remain. Who will have Silvia's hand? Arden? I've never used Arden except for my very first run of the game where he married Ayra because they both just kinda hung back a lot due to movement issues. Boy, was that a mistake!

I'm also unsure about who should get what, mainly because I'm having trouble remembering what all worthwhile to pass down. Leif is unfortunately kinda screwed this run, so that's upsetting. I'll probably have Seliph with the Paragon to start out with and pass it to Patty after he promotes.

I'll be using Ares, Shannan, and for the first time, Oifey, who I might give the Brave Sword to? Honestly have no idea. If I plan to pair Patty with Shannan, should I get him the bonus from speaking with Larcei, or do you think the increased love would present too much an issue? If I remember correctly, it is +3 Skill. Either way, he will be using the Life Ring.

So, yeah, I'm excited to get this playthrough going. It's been too long since my last trip into The game, and it's my personal favorite, so I plan to enjoy it.

I got pretty lucky, as almost no one who comment had played, so no one gave me unimaginably tough pairings. And those who had played often voted for the best possible options, which was sweet

TL;DR Silvia x Who?, Unlisted items to pass on, and any comments/advice you want to give.

Whoaaaaa there. This is a Heroes thingy, so I doubt you're going to get much good feedback. You'd probably be better off posting on r/fireemblem.

Maybe you're really bad at reading, but these are with pairs chosen primarily from this forum a few months back, as the title suggests. I was even ask to update as it goes along. It's perfectly fitting, in that regard.

Yeah, but I doubt many people here have played FE4. (I might be making a blanket statement, though... I've only played a bit through Gen 1 myself, attempting to ship Ayra x Dew and Aideen x Azel.)

It's funny how you didn't mind the Smash thread, and even contributed to it, but this is a no-no. But, truth be told, I don't even remember who commented in the thread. Just that it saw decent success here, from at least two people who have played it.

I'd suggest playing it again. Gen 2 is a lot of fun, and while the story isn't as good, you have great characters and even better world building. And while, yes, the main theme isn't as exciting as Gen 1, the story gives great depth to a lot of characters. It isn't just the same ol' 'I'm pure evil, don't kill the dragon!' story. There's more there, even if you've got to read into it a bit.

Me me me!!!! I've played through the first half and I gotta say I'm a complete noob when it first came to passing down weapons. So all my kids got bad weapons and I restarted since then and my pairings were:
Brigid x Jamke(Faval gets real good stats)
Ayra x Lex(Both children have amazing stats)
I did Tailtiu x Azelle but now I'm leaning more towards Tailtiu x Lewyn(Early access Forseti in gen 2)
Edain x Midayle( So her son gets the brave bow)
Lachesis x Beowulf(Lachesis is a beast after promotion and her children would appreciate a good strength father since they have bad magic)
I did Erinys x Lewyn but know I'm trying to find out who else would be good with idk.
Silvia x Alec(I don't think it was a good pairing but it was the easiest one at the moment lol)
As for Arden never used him, I gave Finn's brave lance to Erinys to pass down to her daughter. I ended up not using Dew( Too hard to train) I also dropped Naoise and Alec even after I made Alec marry Silvia.
I hear that Silvia is good with Claud
