Replace Nino with Lewyn?

I recently pulled a Lewyn from the Genaeology banner and used him quite a bit in Tempest Trials. I was lucky enough to get him with a +SPD -DEF IV, and along with LnD 3, his offensive statspread becomes a staggering 53/48. I run a full mage team of Nino, Linde, Raven Tome Inigo, and Katarina; taking full advantage of Linde’s Aura buffs. I’m currently thinking about replacing my +9 merged Nino with Lewyn, should I go for it?

situational I think, his raw stats can't beat a merged nino and gronnblade is sometimes optimal over his weapon. Lewyn might be more useful in general though maybe

In general this Nino should be better. Lewyn can blast units away, but he can't take a hit.

On this team though, Katarina already fills the role of anti magic, so both could work.

Depends what the team is for. I’m gonna buck the trend here. Tbh a +Spd Lewyn with his time is amazing so I would do that, especially if Nino doesn’t have a good blade counterpart.

Depends on how you play and the enemies you expect to face. HP thresholds matter a lot for both of them.
Lewyn: Forseti is great, but once he hits Desperation range, he's at a much greater risk against counterattacks, unless he has Desperation on his B-slot, but Special Spiral is much more desirable for him.
Nino: She prefers Desperation for Bladetome sets, which is the only set-up you'll ever really see on her, and she performs that role well.

If you don't expect problems with counterattacking, than you'd get more out of Lewyn, but if not, Nino is probably the safer choice.
