Renewal & Odd Atk Wave

Can someone confirm that my logic is correct:
The order of these skills is:
Odd numbered turns the atk skill applies and even numbered turns renewal ticks?
Or is renewal 1. round then again 3. roudn etc. so basically also odd rounded?

Pretty important as I have only 1 spare Ishtar and was thinking about the synergy between those skills for Celica. If the upper order is correct it would be just awesome :) --> Boost Ragnarok Stats & getting damage --> boosting with C --> healing with renewal and Ragnarok is active again

They're both odd numbered turns. Doesn't matter though as Celica can attack on turn 1 with 100% health, retreat for turn 2 then gets 10HP healed and +6 Atk at the start of turn 3 ready to attack.

Though if the enemy dealt damage then she'll be unlikely to heal enough to keep Ragnarok active so having an extra source of healing is good. I run mine in CC with Lucina who can feed her extra 10HP with Ardent Sacrifice which keeps gets her back to 100% pretty quickly.
