So you can explain why Veronica finished so highly in CYL2 and got a Brave alt when we still don't have her original unit (relevant or good?). Or why Camilla whom now has 4 versions even though her popularity isn't near as high as other characters?

But yeah i seriously question IS's concept of "relevance" at this point.
In reality to IS it's less about what units are "good" or "popular" and more about how can they maximize their $$$ off any unit, that comes down to one thing. Skills. Surtur is the perfect example of this. Not really a popular character or a well designed one, but due to his stat spread/skills and general OPness people spent major $$$ to get him.

But yeah i seriously question IS's concept of "relevance" at this point.
