Reinhardt?

So I’m working on a cavalry team and have a few questions. Starting off if I +3 a four star Reinhardt does he keep the +3? Also what are the best cavalry skills to put on a team with B! Lyn, B! Veronica, Reinhardt and eldigan?

If you +3 a 4* Reinhardt, then he won't lose his +3 UNLESS you promote him to 5*, at that point the merges will become nothing more than 'feather reduction' on the cost of promotion.

As far as best skills, I guess it depends. Usually it's just Hone Cavalry, and maybe Fortify Cavalry for Eldigan?

Oh wow I didn't know about the feather reduction rate if you promote a 4*+ hero. I'm guessing the reduction is just minus 300 feathers per merge?
