Regular Ninian

I pulled 3 now off of this bridal banner (lol) and all 4 I have are -Hp +Res/Def, which one do you think is better to build? The one I had before has WoM and fortify drags, but I don't know if infantry Pulse is worth it on a minus Hp (Nowis HP and Faes HP are higher by like 5) so i'm curious how you guys would build her and with which IV, I have enough to fodder any weap, so suggest away (just not the breath A skills :()

There's really no harm in having either her Def or Res lower, so just decide what kind of threats you want to tank and go with the respective IV. As for skills, a good A slot that I've seen on a lot of Ninians is Triangle Adept, which helps her Falchion/general sword matchup a lot. Wings of Mercy is still a very good B slot, although it could be switched for Swordbreaker (but seeing as you have Nowi that may not be an issue). If you somehow have the resources to change her weapon, Lightning Breath+ or even Water Breath+ are some pretty nice alternatives. Generally her weapon needs a Spd refine, but that's just my opinion. Good Sacred Seals are Close/Distant Def.

I agree but I would also add Dark Breath to the list, as it gives her a lot of much needed utility.

Well since she is going to get a major stat boost tempus trials, you could try and see if you like running qr2 and lightning breath and see if that works well enough with her low damage output. I think +res is a bit better since it reaches 30, allowing her to run iceburg fine.
