When I saw 'Heroes with Miracle', I have to be honest, I laughed.
Then suddenly, I realized: Oh, that's Sigurd and Delthea.
Heroes with Special Cooldown? Ayra rerun (with no other pitybreakers, NONE!!!), Neph rerun, Dorcas rerun? That would be heavenly. Take all my orbs.
And what about the new Easter Special heroes? I don't want to like them, but if I had a choice I want some seasonal Tellius units, as I'm playing RD right now. Some kind of Blinding Thani for Micaiah?
I don't know. Just speculation, and it's kind of crazy realizing just how good these banners are going to be compared to the lackluster ones as of late (New Power, Eff. against Cav, Falchion)
That Miracle banner could be really good yet! Sigurd, Delthea and probably Mist (don’t laugh, she can be good too!).
As for the cool down banner, I won’t hold my breath until I see the line up. Eldigan is red and has a cool down weapon, Minerva, Saber, Amelia - the list goes on. We can only hope.
And for Easter I just don’t want see any more bunny ears lol
Yeah, the end of this month will be pretty crazy. I'm most intrigued by the cooldown banner. If it has Nephenee, for you and many that will be a hit-it-hard banner. Or Ayra. But could also have Minerva or Eldigan, as Angel points out. Could be really hit or miss.
I'd just enjoy seeing 4 new spring characters mayne from Tellius or Valentia, and then a return banner of last year's 4. Put all 8 into a Gauntlet. Would be really fun, I think!
I agree, and the VG that's coming is right around Eastertime. Hopefully the Easter banner from last year makes a surprise appearance? As I said, I need cute blue mages, and BunnyCina is one of them (never played Awakening, but when I do, I'll marry Lucy or Severa probably)
Imagine the horror if all the new seasonal banners incorporate the former year's seasonals. Legendary Banners aaaaalll over again...

I've watched lots of supports. The thing is Lucy is just such a popular choice and I chose Azura in Fates, also a popular choice also (but she's my all-time favorite girl, Corrin from Smash and Azura from Fates trailers are what led me to Fire Emblem last year). If not for that, I'd choose Lucy in a heartbeat.
I always forget I was on the train after the first Awakening playthrough, and THEN Fire Emblem saw it's popularity rebirth. Haha. Glad that Fates brought you into the series! It was a great entry point for many.
But I completely understand that reasoning. I just became enamored with Lucina's sass and determined personality early-on. Plus she was cute. Then as her personality got fleshed out more and I played through her Robin support, it was over for me. X D Been maining her in Smash, Heroes and Awakening ever since, and will in Warriors. Sassy, confident girls tend to be my thing. Hence Soleil being bae and my very close #2.
But Severa is also really a fun pairing. She actually turns out to be pretty smart and tactical, which I didn't expect from her Robin support. You'll enjoy her too!
I like Soleil, but the whole semi-gay thing steers me away, and she becomes a 'cool character'.
Lucina is top 3 for me and Smash as well.
If Lucina and Severa are my two in Awakening, then Azura and Flora are my two in Fates. I love Flora's self-sacrifice, and always feel bad for her because she's always got so many people depending on her and she's just overwhelmed and falling into depression. I wanna cheer her up... really want her to get added to Heroes as a GHB, as she was an enemy in all 3 paths I believe.
I get that. I also was a bit concerned about the whole controversy going into Fates. But honestly, given that the English version is all I can really base my experience off of, I just came to really enjoy her character.
I've known a few people before who are incredibly happy-go-lucky and just make you happy to be around them. Given I teeter between being that personality or the depressed kid (fun swing in personality, eh?), I tend to enjoy having those people around. Soleil is that kind of personality. And like I said, cute, confident and sassy all are pluses for me. Her support with Corrin also showed a good bit of maturity I didn't expect. I just came to enjoy her despite the early misgivings. Not everyone will, but that's just me. : )
And I hope you get Flora in Heroes! I didn't get a lot of interaction with her in my playthrough, but I can see why many enjoy her. Her character seemed complex and engaging. Hopefully she gets added!
I'm gonna have to disagree. Lucina has almost no character growth and is lacking in personality when compared to many of the other characters. I think she's fine, but hardly a standout. While I hate Lissa's support with Robin, I actually find her to be one of the better characters and personally name her best girl.
I'd agree to a point. She needed to be written better, though. My issues aren't her personality and trope as much as the execution. I also found her to be too bleak when compared to every other child from the same future. Either they all needed a little more doom and gloom or she needed to match their brighter nature. Still, I like her, just don't find her to be one of Awakening's better waifus.
Lissa is a fair choice. But I personally disagree about Lucina having no growth. Your talking about a girl who plot-wise lives on her own in disguise for over a year, silently observing and trying to protect her father and aunts as best she could. That is all before she learns from Robin and Chrom that trusting in others is necessary. Growth in trust that she displays over time.
She learns to open up to others no matter who she is paired with, but especially with Robin. She has a bit of sass to her, but also a good bit of self-doubt after failing to save her world or her aunt. She's faced a world of devastation and seen her friends and family dwindle to only a dozen, yet remains more optimistic than many other characters in the series. She's smart and insightful enough to know how to hide her identity from many people while she travels through time and interacts with many different people. She's a tomboy who tends to be a bit serious, but she's strinkingly confident and optimistic in spite of her childhood. And loyal nearly to a fault.
She might not be on Hector or Soren or Caeda levels of depth, but she's not personality-less or lacking growth by any means.

You should play it, despite some of the backlash it gets from some ‘true’ FE players (and it is only some), it’s actually a really good game with a great story line - there’s a reason it went some way to revitalising the series, it’s a good game.

Unfortunate that it took clickbait to revitalize the series, but I'm glad it survived anyway. I do mean to play Awakening, but I am balancing saving for college, recently losing a job, and saving for a Switch because darnit, FE16 is coming and I want it. So for now I've played FE7, 8, and working through 10 on an emulator.

And yes, Movement Skill banner was great, and I'm sure there were some others... but 66% weren't that good.
Why? This is the internet and I'm not offended. It WAS a childish thing to do, but I'm also one of the biggest dicks here when I want to be. I didn't take any of it personally. I'll be completely civil in other discussions we're in, like the one above. That said, I might also just troll for the lawlz, and that's fine, too.
Generally those that try too hard don't see the intended outcome.
You definitely won't receive respect from me, but no one does, so unlike what women might tell you, this really is a 'It's not you, it's me' thing. Best advice I've got for you is if I'm asking for it, give it to me, that's probably what I looking for.
I wonder about which the special heroes will be. I hope it is the old easter banner. That means we only need to wait and get our faved seasonals back! (PA, Christmas, this Camilla, Halloween, Bridelia, Summer Corrin,...)
But actually there was not really such a long break with bad banners. Don't forget, last month was LA, before was Hero Fest and so on...
It's honestly just the first week of this month with not too appealing banners. This was the true blessing after all ; )
