Regarding a "non-optimal" IV Lukas

What are some more creative builds for a +Spd -res Lukas, or am I better off waiting for +Atk of +Def? I've been holding off on building one because of IV screwage but this 4* has me thinking that this will do fine.

He's a turtle anyways so +SPD really isn't going to help him much. I would wait, but if you need a good lance tank go for it, the IVs are fine.

+Spd -res isn't far from a neutral Lukas. Just play it regular.

I pulled 2 neutral lukas within my 2 summoning sessions... So... I'm still trying to figure out what to do with them.
