regarding datamining

just curious but wouldn't dataminers be able to see the upcoming banners?

like wouldn't they be able to find the images of each of the upcoming banners that were added in the update or..?

not that im asking the dataminers to start adding it to their updates, i like the surprise of seeing certain units returning but i was just wondering if it is possible. i noticed a section in the datamine pages that is speculation for upcoming banners and it says the update "made space for two new banners" or something like that and the dataminers added their speculation.

it seems like something they should have access to unless IS managed to lock those images from datamining to protect their orb sales??
