Refreshing Bolt upgrade?

Summer Gaius was my first decent archer and I still use him very often. He's +spd/-hp. Since I'm f2p, I went with a budget build with Fury Desperation and kept his bow thinking that the effect on it isn't terrible. I really want to give him a Brave Bow+ and L&D when I get the chance, but until then, which Refreshing Bolt upgrade is the best on him?

With the spd boon and and the boosts to all stats that is gained from the refreshing bolt go for +atk Refreshing Bolt. This will help mediate Gaius' low atk and with Fury and desperation he can hit very hard on his first hit and then double most everyone there after.
