Refinement announcement?

Don't refinement announcements come like a week before they're released. And they always come out on the 7th too right? Or am I just wrong? Just wanna know if my boy Hawkeye is gonna get a refine.

Games dead, uninstall it, intsys got their funding and are dropping feh like native americans with free blankets.

While updates usually do come out around that time of month, and new refines with them, I wouldn't expect that to be the case this month.

3.0 is this month, so I wouldn't be surprised if it came a bit later in the month compared to usual. It may have more refines than usual however, as well as some new features.

I hope they don't delay the update, I need the FEH channels to air before the fire and Ice banner ends so I can make an informed decision whether to pull and try to +10 Surtr or not.

If something revolutionary is announced (arena system remake, promotions made even easier, another 2 hero banner with a 180 BST armor I like better than Surtr) then I'll just try to get Ylgr to complete the family (got lucky with Hrid)
