Refined LB+ for Grima?

The loss of 4 ATK and a +1 charge, in place of extra HP and a DEF or RES boost.

The loss in ATK can be made up by quick firing of specials with Vengeful Fighter. What do you think?

Doesn't his breath already come with distant counter? It would be pointless to give him a worse version of his current weapon.

You'd seriously get rid of Expiration for Lightning Breath+ because an extra 3 Def/Res?

I mean you can... but that seems like a waste of resources.

Bad call. Very bad call. Why would you intentionally slow his specials and hinder his mighty atk just for a few more points of def or res? Just don't do it, man.

Sure, the added stats could benefit him if he has like... 27 Res or something, but there's really no point. He's an armored unit, so Ward Armor, or even Fortify Armor (if you wanna do that) can benefit him, not to mention Drives/Spurs.

He's a dragon, so he benefits from Dragon Emblem buffs as well.

Only thing I can think of is if you're putting him on a mixed Emblem team, and even then there are many instances where having LB+ over Expiration is "worse."

Lightning Breath is literally an all-around worse version of Grima's weapon, iirc. Less ATK, makes special charge longer, and needs refinement for the defense-targeting effect.

Also, Grima's weapon already has Distant Counter.

A tiny bit more Defense or Res aren't worth it; Ward Armor or Ward Dragons are better for that.

Plus he already comes with Ward Dragons too. But yea OP's idea was really not that good. I mean if more Res/Def is what you want just give him Close/Distant defense A/S as it would synergize perfectly with his weapon making him a nigh unstoppable Tank

Absolutely not, Expiration is literally a refined lightning breath without the +1 cooldown, it is not worth it at all.

It's a hobby to burn dollar? His skill set is great and you disliked what? Its compesation.

He Will have bad spd, His BST Will be gorgeous high, i Think he Will have res/def above 35

We have not seen his stats. This MIGHT actually be viable. And the special slowdown might be made irrelevant thanks to vengefu fighters.

Take michalis' refine for example. Ud think that the +eff refine would be the way to go every time for the higher dmg potential with his specials. But some builds prefer the def refine because its better for survivavility and taking on multiple foes.

Like its all dependent on his stats. So wait for them b4 u (all) start a witch hunt.

Starting a witch hunt? You clearly don't know what you're talking about since you explicitly stated all in parenthesis. He asked for thoughts, and we expressed said thoughts. Please tell me what part of my comment gave the impression of a "witch hunt"?

Horrible idea. It would be the equivalent of Caeda using Armorslayer+ over Wing Sword, and that in itself is just asinine.
