If you refine a weapons, for example, you refine sieglinde, then merge that eirika into another one, would the +1 unit get the refine?

Everyone passes one onto the new one when you merge, even if you merge Eirika into a 4* one the 4* one will have the refined Sieglinde available

Yes it willget passed to the new Eirika. I have done this with my 2 +10s whenI got them better IVs.
