The red summoning pool is absolutely horrible.

So after I wasted over 500 orbs trying to get H!Myrrh and ended up with 5 (pretty useless) pity breakers, I tried for an Owain and got pity broken twice until now. Out of these 7 pity breakers I got 1 Morgan(m), a Karel, OG Ike and an Eldigan who are so useless :(
The only thing cheering me up is that I didn't get a Luke who is also still in the 5* pool for some reason.
Seriously IS, please demote some of the useless pity breakers.

Agree. It's a mess right now (Leo, Luke, Karel, [M] Morgan). Hope your luck turns out better soon. 👍 My impatient ass is hoping it happens in 3.0 so I can start collecting the newly demoted units.

So many units would be so much better if they were more easily avalable.

Leo being a good excample. At his max potential, he can be an amazing ranged bait. But he really wants the best IV to make use out of his tome and merges are quite impotant to him.

But units like Sanaki, Karel, Eldigan, Gray, Saber.
All of em are good units. But because they're so rare, they're easily outclassed by units in the 4-5* pool

I actually feel absolutely terrible for you. I just pulled 2 H!Myrrhs in the same summoning session, +Atk as well..

You are right about the 5* pool tho, it’s overflowing with useless fodder. Hope your bad luck fades away.

Damn, sorry to hear that. The red pitybreakers are definitely some of the most polarizing for sure. The worst thing is, that we don't even know if a mass demotion or a complete summoning pool change is coming. We keep on getting tons of new heroes each month and the summoning pool just suffers because of that. I honestly think that IS should just calm down with releasing new heroes...it's almost like the devs think that summoning new heroes is the only worthwhile thing in this game, when in fact it's the opposite.

I totally agree. Atm they release about 2 banners per month with permanent additions to the summoning pool, which is too much. I liked it better when they just went with one normal (with 3 new heroes) and a seasonal banner per month. Also some units are just meh... I forgot to mention that one of the pity breakers was a Silvia... she is also pretty useless to me tbh... well at least I got some Caedas for my merge project...

Yeah, there's so many heroes, that once I get a new one, I almost don't even have enough time to level them up and try them out before another one, that I like comes out. If the devs tried to implement more varied and unique monthly ingame content, instead of sticking to the formula of doing copy-paste filler (the same old GC every month, VG with slightly different heroes, TT with the same basic idea, but with different characters), which basically serves as a distraction between their main focus of multiple new summoning events. I hope that the heavy spenders in this game will start feeling the same and that they'll stop supporting this tactic that IS has been bashing into us for so long. Maybe once they'll start seeing less money coming in, they'll rethink their approach, but that's only wishful thinking.

Yeah it kind of sucks against because the old mass demotion is rubbing off too. Not where it used to be where you'd get some really dumb pitybreakers but still. I feel you though. I got my third Azura going for a 5th Kliff.

I feel you man. I got Eldigan on the Halloween banner, and then Minerva and OG Olwen. But I do agree that the red pool is the worst by far. Just way too many units in general, not just 5*'s. IS really needs to do something about it.
