Red Ike IV options

Hey, all, I just pulled another Ike and I don't know what to do with the two I now have.

The one I've been using is +def, -atk and trained, with
Support-Ardent Sacrifice
Special-Aether
A-Heavy Blade
B-Renewal
C-Breath of Life

I've been using him as a semi-tank and combat medic of sorts for TT and the like. But, I just pulled a +atk, -spd one. So, should I use the new one or old one, and if so, should I merge them or keep one for inheritance fodder? I had pulled a second Ike before that had the exact same IV set as my first Ike, so I foddered him to Michalis for Heavy Blade. :l

If it matters, I am currently F2P. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Normally I would go for the +atk in a heartbeat, but that -spd is heartbreaking... honestly I'm not sure, I never got an Ike either way so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'd say focus on the +Atk Ike as you're less likely to have Heavy Blade work with that -Atk, and the -Spd can be fixed with Quick Riposte if you have Subaki or any of the other units that have that skill.

Not sure whether to merge or fodder in your case as you need a high Atk unit to benefit from Heavy Blade, and Swordbreaker is pretty situational. I'd say you're probably better off merging the +Atk Ike with the one you've been using, as you'll still have all your inherited skills from your old one and extra SP to experiment with other skills.

Thanks for the suggestion! I might just do that, then. It is obnoxious when he barely misses out on Heavy Blade procs, so we'll see how that goes! c:
