Recommendations for a -spd +atk L´Arachel

Make her a "one hit wonder" with Bladetome, seeing as her attack will be higher than Bbabyhands (Reinhardt). Then give her Fury or, even better, Death Blow, bc her speed is salvageable at that point at 28. Like, seriously, don't even bother trying

Kinda difficult to say. With a speed bane, she sits at 28 speed, which isn't really that much to do with, but at least with an attack boon she's at 36 attack.

I would say Bladetome, but her speed is pretty bad.

You could make her into a Raventome user, but her defense is god awful.

Her default tome? I'm really not sure, lol.

I personally run a +RES-DEF build, and even with a speed bane, I’d say go ahead and run fury. She can hold her own quite well against any magical threats, unless it’s a wolftome from Rhajat, and with a speed seal to go with it, her speed would hit 34, the same as if it were her boon. Slap a blade tome on her and with horse buffs she hits hard and typically doubles, which would make desperation a sensible choice for her B slot instead of a breaker skill, unless you have problems specifically with lance users; anything red other than Sigurd and anything magically blue would die in one shot against a fully buffed bladetome L’Arachel.
