Really weird Julia build...

So I fought this Julia in the voting gauntlet the other day, and all I could think was...surely there are better ways to counter Hector?

Why would somebody waste Close Counter like that... They should of gave it to Wrys instead!

That is terrifying. But it proves anyone can be viable with enough dedication. ;)
