WHY ISN'T HALLOWEEN DORCAS SUMMONABLE WITH GRAILS???

Because he is a relatively new character, also Aversa isn't available.
They will probably add them in the next update

He is too new. Similar to the craftable seals, the newest units (HDorcas, Small Azura, Aversa and Gharnef) are still not available, but will be in future updates.

He will be able to be summonable from grails soon enough, grails came out shortly after he did so I'm going to take a guess and say that he will be in their sometime around when the next TT comes out

I would totally suggest doing this, gave my own +Atk -spd helbinid the good ol' pumpkin smasher and it works wonders. Running a def refine, close defense seal, QR3 and warding breath, he can tank basically any melee hit and counter with 36 extra damage from ignis every round.

They stated they plan to add more heroes summonable by grails in the future. Who knows, they might even have some grail exclusive characters eventually.

In any case, I expect they'll be in the next batch. Alternatively, Halloween Dorcas is both seasonal and from a tempest trial so maybe they won't since he is like two levels of limited????
