RD Ike Speculation?
I don't think they'll do this. But if they will, it might look like this:
Ike: Radiant Hero
Weapon: Ragnell - Mt 16, DC
Special: Aether (Luna)
Support: None
A Slot: None
B Slot: Seal Atk 3
C Slot: Nihil 1/2/3: If initiating combat at HP<50%(1)/HP<100%(2)/If inititating combat (3), Enemy cannot activate Special Skill
His Stats:
HP: 40
Atk: 34 (50 w/Ragnell)
Spd: 33
Def: 31
Res: 20
Slightly Different from PoR Ike: -2 HP -1 Atk, +2 Spd, -1 Def +2 Res
Reason: RD Ike is nowhere slow. In the current meta, the only thing preventing him from being OP is his mediocre speed. So by turning him into a mainstream sword lord, it MIGHT make him a little bit OP.
If not for Ragnell, they might include:
Urvan (Axe) - Mt 16, +4 Def/Res when under attack
Nihil could be inherited by more devoted tanks (MRobin, Hector, Julia etc.)

This C-skill that you're thinking about already exist, it's a B-skill called "Negation" (from Leon and Titania) which is good but so heavily underrated that it's never used.
Even the lazy basty-bast that won't change Kagero's Special skill will still use IS to change Titania B. To say how underrated it is. But believe me, I'll show the world, the meta will fear me !

After double checking, I realise you are right and wrong. It's true that Negation (Guard in US) could prevent him from charging up, but if they have it ready, it will still activate, but as for my skill, if say a quickpulse moonbow character was attacked, his moonbow won't be activated ALTHOUGH it is fully charged

I feel you shouldn't alter stats just for the sake of having it fit the meta >////< but I like the initiative!!! ^_^
His weapon isn't nearly as strong as the DC version, and overall he just doesn't seem as powerful to me personally.
& the c skill where you initiate combat at full/halve/ or 1 HP seems like it would often only be able to be used at the very start & when you have 1 life due to fury, but it's and interesting required condition though I cannot say I agree with it being a C skill of if it's effect is a little weak sauce due to guard we already have which can be used any time and as long as specials arent already up they effectivly wont be able to use it at all.
Neat idea but needs a little shaping is all!!

The other person who replied to this one is correct (about the C Slot) and my first idea for Urvan was that he gained 4 Def when attacked by Physical and 4 Res when attacked by magical, but the phrasing was kinda difficult so I let it be taken by Binding blade thing, but now that I think about it I can just change the numbers xD
