Raven Tome Leo is so fun

I know, basically anyone can run TA > Raven Tomes, but the added mobility + Reposition just adds extra flexibility.

True, but Cecilia should be a tad bit better because of her Atk. For a raven tome user Atk > Res > def > hp > speed.

The community consensus seems quite different. Why then are the likes of Boey and Robin concidered some of the better raven tome users?

The community consensus is so varied because there's different ways to use Raven-tome users, much like nukes. Boey (my favorite) baits/tanks and relies on countering with breakers/Quick Repose to secure kills, whereas Mae relies on TA to one-shot her foes before retaliation. Robin can survive most hits but uses his speed to prevent being killed by doubles, whereas Sophia has high enough defenses to accept doubles and eat them like appetizers.

There is no x>y>etc., just different roles and these roles can change depending on the meta and how it shifts.

That's okay, mine is +Atk. It's not entirely comparable because of their different colour thereby differentiated purpose. Cecilia's also generally better running Blade tome to begin with. Leo's Atk with TA (and just about anyone) gets them about to 2HKO consistently, which generally means a 1RKO if they're running QR (far better for tanking).
