Raven Build Help?

I have a +speed -attack Raven I'm not sure if I should build him up and if so how?

while -atk isnt great, the +spd is really good.
You should totally build him, And in my opinnion you should build quad Raven: Life and Death 3, Desperation 3, Threaten Spd/ Threaten Def, or whatever you prefer
and as a Special Luna.
