I have this build for Raven I created.

This Raven build I have created compares him to Mia and Ayra, but rather as an axe user who can still tackle many reds with his charged specials.
Using Basilikos (+Eff) is a clear choice, as granting a slaying effect along with a powerful LaD3 effect will greatly benefit Raven and I believe it also helps with arena scoring.
Rally Atk/Spd is a choice that will boost him forward in arena scoring, but reposition would be the strongest alternative.
Moonbow is powerful here, as combined with wrath can make Raven's special extremely deadly and make a charged raven something extremely unwanted, with the potential to destroy a massive variety of units, with the exception of red units such as Arden, with his 101 physical bulk and triangle advantage. It may not be as powerful as regnal Astra, but paired with Raven's attack, it can pierce a massive amount of defenses. Since it is on a 1 cooldown, it can be used over and over effectively.
Distant counter would be a powerful choice since raven has decent magical bulk in this case (23) and with distant defense taking it to 29. His def and res are the same at 29 from a distance, so bow users such as bridelia or brave lyn with a brave bow or firesweep bow can demolish him. However, his massive speed stat ensures he cannot be doubled naturally. His HP will allow him to tank quite a lot, having 76 bulk on both sides.
Wrath is such a powerful choice regarding his 1 cooldown moonbow, and an extra +10 damage will be appreciated against units with absolutely insane defense. As soon as he drops below that 75% threshold, he will get his special at the start of the turn and will be able to nuke everything.
Infantry Pulse works, as his 53 HP is still pretty good. He can use alternatives such as attack smoke, speed smoke or even atk tactic, but Infantry pulse works.
His seal slot should definitely be distant def, until vantage seal is released. This increases his survivability from mages, but he is also still pretty weak from close range, so both can work.
He functions similarly to an ayra or a mia, but with slightly less speed and res (unless a speed boon is taken), a much weaker def stat but with a much higher attack, allowing him to effectively act as a speedy axe unit.
He is extremely powerful because of the small presence of red mages, but hard-hitting swords with damage boosting specials will obliterate him. Lilina will absolutely obliterate him.
I see him as a green ayra or mia, with a better prf weapon for a distant counter/vantage setup and an extreme attack.

raven with his weapon refined for effect is too hyper offensive to be running DC.
if he's going to be your first +10 unit, i'd advise you to reconsider because your first +10 unit should ideally be a unit with balanced stats like Roy, Fae, or Nowi just to name a few. If he isn't your first +10 unit then go for it but his weapon is too hyper offensive to run distant counter so it would be better to refine it for a stat instead if you're set on using DC on him

Raven was my first +10 project too, this is how mine is looking, and has made all pve content in the game a walk in the park, tanks and kills rainhart and brave lyn while they're buffed, counters hardin and nowi too. and makes chain challenges much easier with crazy sustain
