Rauorblade Inheritance

I just got a 5 star Tharja, and just like 9 other 5 star heroes that I have, it has the opposite IV spread of what is optimal for each respective hero. I want to give Rauorblade away to a better unit which I might never get, so I wanted to ask which unit should I give Rauorblade to? Thank you for reading this.

Rauorblade is best on fast mages, so if you have a +spd red mage, chances are it will work well on them (unless it's sophia. she is a lost cause other than TA raven)

Thank you. My Tharja has Def+ Spd-, so it might not work for her, at least I think, but thank you for the suggestion.

Leo for Horse Emblem obviously (though he's kinda meh, only has his uniqueness going for him). And yeah, any fast red mage runs it well; Tharja, Celica, and Katarina.

If we get a flying red tome user, chuck it on them.
