Rate my Shigure

He is fine, 10/10.
If you want to swap anything, Firesweep lance probably better for him, than harmonic lance. But with it you need LnD + drag back or hit and run.

I really like your shigure. He has good offensive stats and surprisingly he isn't that squishy. 30 def and 28 res definitely makes him survive a hit, then he retaliate with immense damage form his weapon.
Overall give him a 10/10 and I just hope he gets demoted to 4 star so you can merge him and make him even more powerful then what he is now.

Personally i like it all except for the attack plus since youre running harcmonic lance and glimmer thats where your damage will be coming from and not so much the individual two hits because then another flier would be more suited if you wanted to run something like this so maybe something more like quickened pulse or even plus speed since you wont be outspeeding most fast units like ayra with that as they fall around 42-44 usually and the double is your only way to ensure ko against them
