Nowi is my best merge! Recommend a breath and aether if you can afford it

I'm curious on why you're running with +Spd if you're going with, what looks to be, a One Shot build with Vantage, unless she's receiving speed boosts from her teammates.

Edit: Oh, just read that you'll be giving her Aether.

You should change IVs.

Plus speed with summoner support is what I use. Highly recommend it.

+Spd at +10 is still only 34 Spd. What key doubles does she secure with 34 Spd that she doesn't get with neutral Spd?

+Atk is almost universally better on Nowi, especially with Aether. +Def is usually better as well but it depends on the matchup.
