She's not +10. True men of culture show their devotion to the Chicken Goddess by spending 200,000 feathers.

Steady Stance is nice and all, but her color really lets her be a check to meta units like Rein and B!Lyn, and her stat distribution, with a little help, lets her take on almost any ranged unit in the game(she struggles against Divine Naga). I would go Distant Defense, Fury, or Steady Breath if available.

Renewal + QR isn't optimal. If you really wanna be obnoxious, QRV or QRBreaker can be extremely useful. However, if you want her to be a ranged unit check, DD3 seal can and should be taken over QR.

Iceberg is alright, but still...Aether and Glacies are probably gonna be better options, seeing as she will almost always be doubled, and she tanks attacks very well, allowing her to charge up her special really quickly.

Threaten Res is a good budget option, but Fortify Dragons or a Ploy skill(considering her very usable Res stat) are much more serviceable.

Here's my current build:

Fae(+def -hp)
Lightning Breath(res refine)
Reposition
Aether/Glacies

Distant Def/Steady Breath(depends on the team tbh)
QR
Atk Ploy/Res Ploy

DD3 seal

you should use quick ripost as B slot and use another seal (distant def is good, if not available a smoke skill or raw stat).
Of course Aether work pretty well, but it s not really cheap. Glacier will charge quickly with Fae beeing double hit and quick ripost. Glimmer is also a good and cheap option because breath scales on the lowest ennemy's stat
Threaten res is indeed a budget skill for Fae
