Rate up is a lie

That's the thing with the gacha's though, it's always going to be random. I agree its sad, but at least it isn't like Fate Grand Order where its a 1 percent chance for a 5 star and maybe 2 percent on special events when they're the central unit XD

its RNG.... even if the rate is up its still up to chance. I've summoned 100 or so orbs on this banner and only got 3 5 stars, and none of them I really wanted. I've seen some people have gotten up to 12% pity rate
