Rate this Kagero alt?

I got creative, again, and made another custom unit. Don’t really mind any feedback at all, any improvements will be appreciated (Depending on how broken the build is). How is the build?

Charkram (9 Mt): -5 Spd, unit can attack twice while initiating combat. Unit can make follow up attack before foe can counter attack. Not inheritable. -7 Def/Res on foe,and any other foes in 2 spaces of target, after any combat.

Lethality (CD 5): Reduces foes Hp to 1. (If foes Hp is equal to 1, reduces Hp to 0). Inheritable.

LnD 4: Grants +7 Atk/Spd. The inflicts -7 Def/Res. Inheritable.

Personal opinion;
-BST is to high (165 if I'm not mistaking)
Lower her SPD, DEF and RES or something like that; stats need to be lower.
-CD Move to broken (it's basically a free kill) with all the CD reduction we have at our hands this would be to much
-LnD is okay
-Wave is okay too
-Weapon: Most broken thing ever.
You basically Quad without restriction (besides having more SPD than your enemy)

Yeah, it’s 165 BST. I got a bit too carried away with this. Her weapon can have the same desperation affect as Forseti and her Spd can be a neutral value of 38 and her Res can be lowered to a neutral base of 27. Note that it takes 2 attacks to kill a foe with Lethality, first attack reduces foes Hp to 1 and the second attack reduces the foes Hp to 0. I first thought that a skill that completely kills a foe is too broken, so then I put the ‘Reduce foes Hp to 1’ effect.

Yeah I saw that it stops by 1 HP, but it's still basically a "kill" since either
A) Your units (even though they can be in disadvatage in the weapon triangle) can mostly deal more than 0 damage.
It would need a really tanky unit to not get dealt damage, my opinion.
B) Like you said the first attack (where the special is active) deals damage till 1 HP and the second kills it, which means if she starts combat with her special up it's a 100% kill (if she doesn't deal 0 damage).

I personally think that's to strong.
Example: You could have a -ATK Azama and still deal damage to 1 HP which is way to strong (I know it probably has an "Infantry only, not Staff Units" restriction, it's only an example).

They could just make lethality only allowed on Bow and Dagger units.... or now that I think about it only Daggers, just imagine Lethality on someone like B Lyn

BST needs to be reduced, also I think the Chakram's effect would be fine (good but short of absurdly OP) if you either make it work like Forseti or regular Desperation, but not both.

Otherwise it seems okay, but I hope her "Chakram" is not an actual chakram, that seems misplaced on Kagero.

Dagger (Mt 11): In combat against a dagger foe, unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack and foe cannot make a follow-up attack. After combat, if unit attacked, inflicts Def/Res-7 and the following status on target and foes within 2 spaces of target through their next actions: "If unit does not use dagger or sword, foe's dagger weapon are effective against unit."

+Effect Refine:
Dagger (Mt 11): Sing or Dance cannot be used on unit. In combat against a dagger foe, foe cannot make a follow-up attack. After combat, if unit attacked, inflicts Def/Res-7 and the following status on target and foes within 2 spaces of target through their next actions: "If unit does not use dagger, foe's dagger weapons are effective against unit." After combat unit initiates, unit can immediately attack target again from current position regardless of range. (Once per turn. Action is skipped if another ally takes action.)

36, 35, 38, 19, 27 = 155 bst seems more reasonable still makes her speedy and some good atk at the cost of bulk but with a 100% desperation quad and a special that powerfull all you need to do is slap flashing blade seal on her and she's killing things for days
