Rapier when

I know in most FE games the Rapier was only usable by Lords, but Shadows of Valentia it was usable by all Sword units

So my question is
16 Mt prf Rapier that's effective on Cav/Arm
Or
8 - 11 Mt Rapier+ that's effective on both

I say 8 to 11 just because I feel like if it was inheritable i'd have to have less Mt than Armorsmasher and Zanbato since it combines both of their effective damage

I think infantry Eliwood would be the most fitting.
He is together with Eirika the only one who accually uses a rapier in their animation. And Eirika already had an infantry sword form
