Quick Riposte 3 Seal Bug?

Not much to say, it just doesnt work as a seal on the new Hector (LA)
tried it on all types of enemys (ranged, ...)
Anyone got any advice or a similar Problem?

Does he still have wary fighter? If he Does then he wont double unless he out speeds the target.

Most likely because of Wary Fighter if you have that equipped. You’re going to have to remove it if you want him to use Quick Riposte seal.
