Quick Question: what's considered a whale or a dolphin?

How much money does one have to sped to be considered a whale or a dolphin? I always thought $500-999 = dolphin and whales = $1000+. Also should time factor in? For example, if was one was to spend $600 on a game then normally they'd considered a dolphin in my book but say they spent $600 over 3 years then that $200 a year. Would that person still considered a dolphin? I'd love to hear your opinions.

I don't know, I've never cared to worry about it, those who spend on mobile games are entitled to do so, I'll only complain if they get perfect IV's or a ton of the unit I want lol

I'm free-2-play, although in the past I've spent $15 total on PvZ Heroes, but that game had a SERIOUS powercreep problem. FEH pales in comparison. The only time I see myself spending money is if I'm desperate for copies of a fav character during a Hero Fest.

FEH powercreep pales in comparison? Please, it should practically be a ghost, with the weapon refinery, the power creep was quickly solved. For now, at least, there's not really any power creep.

I didn't mean to imply that there exists significant powercreep in FEH. Units get better progressively, yes, but they've gotta keep it interesting. I think IS adding Tactic skills and other new B and C skills will be important and reduce the need of (slightly) inflating stats over time.

I don't go by exact amount of money spent so much as the units they've got. If you have a +10 version of a seasonal unit, or multiple +10 5*-exclusives, you're a whale.
