Quick question about my Ninian. Please help

So I pulled ANOTHER Ninian.... I love her as a unit but she kinda ruined my pity rate for the summer banner which was at 4.25% (f2p btw). I already have a +1 Ninian (lucky right?) so what I want to know is should I merge her or inherit her to my 5* Nowi for fortify dragons (and my future dragon emblem team)? I appreciate the feedback

Well, Nowi is supposed to be your tank, so if you're going for dragon emblem you should keep fortify dragons on your support, Ninian, to beef her up.

That depends, if you merge her, you'll get a slightly higher arena score (this is really important if you're bouncing between teir 19 and 20 like I am, or you can give fortify dragons to Nowi to make giving the boost to the team a lot easier. I'm trying to make a dragon team too, but I only have one Ninian, so what I'm doing is putting her within escape route range, then teleporting her next to all 3 dragons to support them. It just depends if you're willing to position Ninian, for 2 extra bst, or if you want to make it easier and give it to Nowi, but sacrifice 2 bst.
