Questionable Ivs for VL Ike and Fjorm

I got a VL Ike with -atk and +def ivs and a Fjorm with +res and -spd ivs. Is the neutral Fjorm better than the new one and any build suggestions for both of them?

Neutral Fjorm is better, her speed dropping below 30 is a death sentence against melee units.

As for builds, I personally run Fjorms base kit with QR seal and draw back. She’s solid as is for any mode.

For the new Ike, go with his gorilla build, using budget skills where necessary.
